Have you ever thought of volunteering with Warwickshire Police?

Did you know that Warwickshire Police have many volunteers who give their time and skills to assist us to keep the communities of Warwickshire from harm?  Do you have 2 to 4 hours per week to volunteer with us and make a real difference?

We have volunteer Police Officers in the Special Constabulary, Cadets schemes for 13 to 18 year olds and a number of Police Support Volunteers supporting various departments.

We are currently advertising 2 different volunteering opportunities on our website and are keen for members of the communities of Warwickshire to join us and get involved.

Victim Call Back Volunteers:  This is a new volunteering opportunity based at Warwick Technology Park, Warwick.  The volunteers will use Police systems to read up on incidents and then call the victims of crime to carry out a short survey relating to the victims experience with us.  Findings are then recorded and anything particularly positive or negative is fed back to the line manager for further action.  If you feel that you are the right person to assist us to give the best possible service to victims of crime, here is the link to the advert:  Victim Satisfaction Call Back Volunteer - Warwickshire Police (tal.net)

Police Support Volunteer Cadet Leaders:  Do you have experience of working with young people, or have some life experience to offer, would you consider becoming a Police Support Volunteer Cadet Leader?

The Cadets meet twice weekly during term time and also get involved in events where they represent Warwickshire Police.  Our Cadets schemes are based in Nuneaton, Leek Wootton and Rugby.

If this volunteering opportunity appeals to you, here is the link to the advert on our website:  Police Support Volunteer Cadet Leaders - Warwickshire Police (tal.net)

We look forward to hearing from you.
