We currently have two opportunities to join our team and help make a difference for Warwickshire communities. We’re looking for an Assurance and Scrutiny Support Officer and a Justice Centre Partnership Liaison Officer. You can find more information below.

Justice Centre Partnership Liaison Officer

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication and collaboration among key partners within the two Warwickshire Justice Centres, including the Police, Probation, His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Services, the Crown Prosecution Service and Youth Justice Service. Your efforts will ensure the smooth running of local operations through improved practices and problem-solving initiatives.

You’ll be:

Enhancing operational practices to streamline processes.

Facilitating effective problem-solving strategies.

Producing and presenting essential documents and reports.

Providing top-notch administrative support.

Managing Health and Safety compliance checks for the two Justice Centres.

Assurance and Scrutiny Support Officer

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Police and Crime Commissioner. Your mission will be to support the Commissioner in holding the police force accountable, ensuring they deliver an effective and efficient service. Through diligent scrutiny and assurance activities, you will uphold transparency, high ethical standards, and fulfil the Commissioner’s statutory functions as outlined in legislation.

You’ll be:

Engaging with professionals and the public, sharing information appropriately and sensitively.

Interpreting data, identify trends, and ask insightful questions to support decision-making..

Demonstrating high standards of ethical behaviour, making impartial decisions to uphold integrity.

Effectively handling competing demands, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.
