We are looking for a Police Support Volunteer to support our Staff Networks - would you like to join us?

Would you like a volunteering role with Warwickshire Police where you would be welcome part of a small and active team and where you could make a real difference by supporting our staff networks?  Do you have some time to spare and good communication and IT skills?  If so, then we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can volunteer some of their time and skills to attend our staff network meetings, take minutes and provide some administration support, regarding these meetings, to the members of the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Team (DEI Hub).  The Staff Networks cover many of the protected characteristics including disability, race, gender and sexual orientation.  The volunteer who is selected for this role will be a trusted part of these networks and confidentiality is key.

We ask for a commitment of 2-4 hours per week for a minimum of a 12 month period, as required and as agreed between the Police Support Volunteer (PSV) and their line manager.

This is a voluntary opportunity so there is no pay but we do pay mileage and reimburse public transport fares and parking fees for our volunteers.
