We all know that school parking is an issue, and we are working alongside Warwickshire County Council, North Borough Council and North Warwickshire Community Safety Partnerships to try to resolve the school parking issue. PCSO Yaqub from Coleshill obtained funding for school parking banners for the schools in North Warwickshire.

PCSO Yaqub stated “Our message is simple and clear think twice before parking your vehicle. Please ensure you are not causing an obstruction, not blocking driveways and pavements. Let’s work together and ensure we can take our children safely to school”. It doesn’t matter if you stop to drop off or collect your child from school as this is offence and danger to other children, parents and residents.

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking both North Warwickshire Community Safety and North Warwickshire Neighbourhood Watch for assisting us with funding and delivering the banners.
