Are you interested in becoming a Police Support Volunteer with Warwickshire Police, based in our Crime Control Centre, Warwick?

We are looking for calm friendly and confident people to join a small established team of excellent volunteers to make calls to the victims of crime and carry out a Victim Satisfaction Survey with them.

The role will involve use of Police systems to research the incident behind the victim to understand the circumstances before making the call, carrying out a short survey of set questions and then feeding back anything of note to the team supervisor.

You will need to be comfortable using IT, although specific training on our systems will be given, and a calm telephone manner.
