Warwickshire Police's newest recruits

A Post from the High Sheriff that we thought you all maybe interested in

Always an honour to attend the passing-out ceremony for Warwickshire Police's newest recruits!

Congratulations to each student officer for successfully completing the rigorous application process.

👮‍♂️ These dedicated individuals now embark on their Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) journey—a path that will shape them into officers who serve with integrity, fairness, and commitment. Policing is more than enforcing laws; it's about being a visible, trusted presence in the community, offering support in times of need, and making tough decisions with courage and integrity.

This occasion was made even more special as one of my High Sheriff Cadets’ (Ruth) and of my predecessor, was among the new recruits—a truly proud and humbling moment. Throughout my journey as High Sheriff of Warwickshire, I have had the privilege of working closely with our police force, witnessing firsthand their dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to protecting our communities. Seeing our cadet Ruth, step forward into this vital role is a testament to the strength of our future generation in policing.

So proud of each and every one of them! Wishing them all the very best as they begin this rewarding career. Stay safe and serve with pride.
