Last year, we carried out telephone and online surveys to gather residents' views on community safety and seek input on future priorities. We’ve come together with the Police and Crime Commissioner and Warwickshire County Council as part of the Safer Warwickshire Partnership Board to share and review the results of the surveys. In total, we received almost 4,500 responses to the surveys. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share your views. We’ve identified key areas for action to improve the safety and feelings of safety of communities in the county. We’re proud that Warwickshire is a safe place to live, work and study based on comparison with national crime rates. However, we know there is more to do. You told us that you wanted us to do more tackle antisocial behaviour in some parts of the county and to help people feel safer in open spaces and at some times of day. Find out more about the results and the actions we’re taking on our website: https://www.warwickshire.police.uk/news/warwickshire/news/2025/april/residents-reveal-their-top-community-safety-priorities-for-warwickshire/ Thank you again for your input. Remember you can tell us your priorities for your neighbourhood via the free quick survey on Warwickshire Connected. | ||||
