Walk With Us - Violence Against Women and Girls Walk - Warwick

**If you received a message previously today regarding this, please disregard! Please see revised message below**

Apologies the date is Monday April 28th at 6pm to 7pm and not March. I seem to be living in the past!**

Warwickshire Police would like to invite all women (under 14's to be accompanied by parent or guardian) who live and/or work in Warwick on a walk for Violence Against Women and Girls. This walk will be held on Monday 28th April at 6:00pm - 7:00pm and will start and end at Warwick Racecourse, Hampton Road, Warwick, CV34 6HN.

This walk is for all women to speak to the local police about where they don't feel safe walking at night, whether it be parks or unlit areas. We will then take this information on board to see if we can do anything to make it safer. This walk is on flat ground and will take about an hour, covering a distance of just over 2 miles, walking through parks and around the central area of Warwick.

Some officers from Warwickshire Police will be on this walk should anyone want to talk us about anything, or ask us for advice.

We look forward to seeing you!

Warwickshire Police
