Atherstone and Coleshill Safer Neighbourhood Teams will be out this weekend, visiting vulnerable and isolated families in need of support, this Easter.

If you know of a person or a family who would appreciate us popping by for a chat, and a chocolatey Easter surprise, complete the below form and email it to sntreachout@warwickshire.police.uk. You will require their permission first.
