On Sunday 25th May, Officers from Coleshill Safer Neighbourhood Team conducted speed checks in the Northern Villages.

Roads covered were Birmingham Road Ansley village, Birmingham Road Water Orton and Marsh Lane Water Orton.

We are pleased to say most people were following the speed limit or were under. However, we had one driver going 38MPH in a 30MPH zone!

The speed limit is there for a reason and is in place to keep all road users safe. Please stick to the speed limit when driving or be faced with the penalty!
