This week is Neighbourhood Policing Week.

Neighbourhood policing is about visible, community based policing and tackling community issues, we safeguard vulnerable people and working with third partner agencies to create long term solutions to community based problems.

We patrol the parks and streets.

We visit schools, children's homes, residential homes, attend community engagement events, attend council and parish council meetings.

We help to prevent and stop Anti-Social Behaviour.

Throughout the week, you will see many posts from us, your local policing team, detailing what your local officers and PCSOs actively do everyday whilst on duty.
