Volunteering Opportunities with Warwickshire Police - Based at Bedworth Police Station

Have you ever considered volunteering with Warwickshire Police?  Are you interested in a volunteering opportunity in which you can make a real difference to the victims of crime and to Warwickshire Police?

We are looking for a small team of volunteers, with a friendly and confident telephone manner and experience of using IT, to make calls to victims of crime and to carry out a satisfaction survey with them.  The purpose of the calls is to identify from their experience, what Warwickshire Police did well and to flag issues that we can take learning from in order to improve the service and experience that we give to victims of crime.

These roles are based within a small team at Bedworth Police Station.  We ask for a commitment of 2 to 4 hours per week for a minimum of a 12 month period and we do pay mileage and parking charges so that our volunteers are not out of pocket.

Our volunteers must be 17 or older but there is no upper age limit.
