Op TAVACO

Officers from Op TAVACO have recently identified a vehicle being used in the area that was believed to be a clone.

In the early hours of this morning, a joint effort with our colleagues from Roads Policing, Armed Response and Dog Unit resulted in this vehicle being located.

The vehicle was examined and it was identified as a clone, however further digging revealed that the vehicle was actually stolen last month from the Atherstone area!

Although the vehicle was unoccupied at the time, a number of fruitful finds left behind will allow our forensic teams to identify its “user”
