Special Constables on Duty

Last night two special constables supported patrol in dealing with a number of incidents this included RTC's, downed trees and most concerning was a driver travelling the wrong way down the A5 between Atherstone and Mancetter.

Special constable are volunteers and came in to support officers attending incidents in the poor weather.
