Suspicious vehicle committing crime in villages

Dear Resident

We are aware of reports of a silver ford mondeo in the early hours of Sunday morning targeting high value vehicles in Kingsbury, Grendon and acting suspiciously in other villages.

Officers pursued and located the vehicle in Deerhill in Tamworth.

It has now been recovered and the vehicle was on false plates.

Investigation is ongoing into the related offences.
