Details of incident: An unknown offender has gained access to a victims car. They have performed and untidy search of the vehicle and stolen several items from the car. 

We’re appealing for any information about this incident that could help our investigation.  This may be something that you witnessed, or you may have information or CCTV or dash-cam footage.
