Op Sceptre Week This week we are supporting #OpSceptre – a national initiative focused on tackling knife crime and keeping our communities safe. Throughout the week officers will be carrying out:
High-visibility patrols. Weapon sweeps in hotspot areas. School and community engagement. Educational activities highlighting the dangers of carrying knives. If you have knives which need collecting please let us know.
Knife crime devastates lives, families and communities. Everyone has a role to play in helping prevent violence and protecting young people from harm.
