Your Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across the county.

ASB – Nuisance Bikes: The anti-social use of off-road motorcycles is a seasonal issue, which is expected to increase over the coming months with the onset of warmer weather. Issued 01 July 2026	- Conduct increased high-visibility patrols in identified hotspot areas to deter offending and provide reassurance to the public. - Target individuals involved in anti-social riding through proactive policing. - Utilise enforcement powers, including Section 59 warnings, to deter nuisance riding and seize motorcycles from repeat offenders. - Develop and gather intelligence to identify those responsible and support targeted enforcement action.
