Rugby Town Centre
Your Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across the county.

The summer months sees an increase of Anti-social behaviour in the town centre. This ranges from large groups of youths gathering, and behaving in an antisocial manner, to groups of people drinking on the street, shouting and swearing, causing distress to passers by and local businesses. We as a team aim to be out on foot tackling these issues, utilising ASB powers to tackle persistent offenders. Actioned 30 September 2026 |

Drugs-related offences (Team priority) Issued 01 July 2026 |
The town centre is a busy place, with high volumes of foot and vehicular traffic daily. With this brings us intelligence surrounding drug use and supply both in and out of Rugby. We aim to be out tackling drug related offences such as street dealing, and gather intelligence to help tackle larger drug related criminality in rugby Town. Actioned 30 September 2026 |
